Quantum Lens
The scientific tools and workflows for quantum chemistry, molecular simulation and molecular design.
Science, compute and context, connected
Kuano’s platform brings together quantum chemistry, molecular simulation and design tools with scalable computing and connected scientific data. It enables us to investigate molecular behaviour, generate and evaluate new designs, and carry the resulting evidence into the next round of decisions.
Scientist direction and review
Software agents coordinate steps across scientific tools, Compute and the project record, under scientist direction and review.

Connected records of chemistry, data provenance, computational experiments and their interpretation.
Quantum Lens / Science
Quantum Lens brings together the core quantum chemistry, molecular dynamics and scientific workflows used to investigate molecular behaviour and inform design.

Scientists select methods and assess their outputs against the project’s evidence. The wider platform connects that work to execution, scientific context and review.
Explore the scientific componentCompute / Execution and scale
Compute connects scientific workflows to the resources needed to execute them, from individual calculations to larger workloads.
Sovereign deployment concerns the full operating boundary: data, storage, calculations, models and agent services. The configuration must establish what remains inside that boundary and which external connections are permitted.
Infrastructure development addresses scaling, integration and deployment within a client-controlled environment with enterprise engineering support from CROZ.
Where required, the platform can be deployed within your organisation’s own environment, with access governed by your policies.
Database / Context and provenance
The Database connects molecular identities, project data, scientific context and the record of in silico experiments.
It provides the context needed to trace results back to their inputs, methods and execution, and to understand how evidence informed a design decision.
Keeping this context connected supports scientific review as new compounds, calculations and experimental results enter the programme.
Keeping inputs, assumptions and results together helps colleagues understand how an analysis was reached and build on it across disciplines and teams.
Ways to work together
These approaches can be combined, with the scientific contribution, access arrangements and operating responsibilities agreed for each engagement. The aim is to help specialist expertise support more programmes and make collaboration easier through shared scientific context, reusable workflows and traceable analysis, with less repetitive coordination.
Illustrative investigation
A chemistry team wants to understand a starting series and explore new molecular designs.
Projects bring together a scientific objective, shared context and the evidence from multiple studies. Individual scientists or sub-teams can carry out studies within a project, building on each other’s findings.
Quantum Lens combines scientific calculations with generative models and molecular search. Compute runs the work, while the Database preserves context, candidate history and provenance. The agentic orchestration layer coordinates these steps under scientist direction, with reviewed findings guiding further design and assessment.
Understand a starting series. Explore the next designs.
Combine generative models and molecular search methods with physical insight to propose new chemistry.

Covalent example: explore related compounds while preserving a selected warhead, then compare molecular similarity and predicted reactivity to guide further investigation.

Example / Covalent science

A covalent question can be addressed through a focused scientific investigation or developed into a broader organisational capability.
Kuano scientists can investigate molecular context and reactivity within your programme. Selected tools and workflows can also be made available under an agreed scope, or incorporated into infrastructure developed with your team.
The scientific question, existing capabilities and operating requirements determine the appropriate contribution.
